Join Rhonda Cohen (Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Sports Nutritionist) in her quest to help people achieve good health through nutrition, and prove that eating well can be both Zen and delicious!
Workshop includes:
A nutrition discussion with Rhonda Cohen, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Sports Nutritionist, followed by a hands-on cooking demonstration* in WVRS's commercial kitchen
A 75-minute all levels Vinyasa Flow yoga practice with Sarah Fishman, focused on digestion and detoxification, to work up an appetite and prime our taste buds
Time to eat and schmooze!
During the cooking demonstration, students will have time to create their own quinoa bowls, customized to different tastes and dietary needs. Take-out containers will be provided for those who prefer not to stay and eat.
